At the moment I'm obsessed with nutritious eating so it's appropriate that I'm reading lots of cookbooks. These are the two that I got for Christmas which I'm pouring over like a woman obsessed.
Both are very good. Pete Evans has slightly more fussy recipes but what I like the most is that it's a really educational book with the bonus of some really great recipes.
I'm more in love with Lola Berry's 20/20 diet book though as it is a lot more "my style" of eating. I've done lots of breakfast recipes and loved them all. I like that she gives her recipe measurements in "cups" as well as "grams" (I like to be accurate!)
