Last week I had a few glorious kid free moments before an appointment so I popped into the local public library. With only a few moments to look, I grabbed a bunch of cookbooks off the shelf:
Nom Nom Paleo by Michelle Tam and Henry Fong, River Cottage Baby and Toddler Cookbook by Nikki Duffy and Inspiring Ingredients by Lola Berry.
They're all pretty good and I found plenty of recipes that follow my cooking principal of keeping it simple and as nutritious as possible (whilst retaining some taste!) I'm particularly looking forward to making the chicken liver pate out of the River Cottage book. It looks delicious.
